Millie’s Feathered Foster Family
I am looking forward to sharing his book with my grandchildren. I am sure they will enjoy this gentle, beautifully illustrated story with an important message of kindness and acceptance. Looking forward to the further adventures of Millie and friends.
“Millie, a pretty bantam chicken, is not able to lay eggs. When some of the farm chicks are left alone, Millie decides to take them in as her own. She takes care of them on the farm and shows them love and care. One day Farmer Cate adds turkey poults to her farm. When one is injured she decides to see if Millie would be willing to care for a turkey baby as well. Will Millie love Turkey Baby as much as the other baby chicks or will Turkey Baby have to find a new family to love her?
